1. 我们收集哪些数据？
不收集。本应用没有账号系统、没有服务器、没有第三方统计或广告 SDK。你在应用内记录的一切信息——包括用药计划与服药记录、发作记录、病历照片、紧急联系人和家人信息、个人档案——全部使用 Apple 的本地数据库技术存储在你的设备上，开发者无法访问。
2. 苹果健康（HealthKit）
- 读取：在你明确授权后，本应用可读取你的睡眠数据，仅用于在设备上分析睡眠不足等可能的发作诱因。
- 写入：在你明确授权后，本应用可将放松练习保存为正念记录、将发作保存为晕厥记录，便于你与医生分享。
- 健康数据永远不会离开你的设备，不会被用于广告、营销或出售给任何第三方，也不会被用于本政策所述用途之外的任何目的。你可随时在系统"健康"App 中撤销授权。
3. 传感器与设备权限
- 麦克风：仅在放松练习中用于实时感知呼吸节奏。声音在设备上即时处理，不会被录制、保存或上传。
- 运动传感器：仅在应用打开期间用于检测疑似跌倒并提醒你确认安全。
- 相机与照片：仅用于拍摄或选取病历资料存档，以及扫描家人的绑定二维码。照片仅保存在你的设备上。
- 通知：所有提醒（服药、跌倒确认等）均为设备本地通知，不经过任何服务器。
4. 数据存储与删除
所有数据仅存储在你的设备本地（含主屏幕小组件通过设备内共享容器读取的摘要信息）。删除本应用即会删除全部应用数据。请注意：目前应用暂不提供云端备份，卸载前请自行留存需要的资料；你写入苹果健康的记录由"健康"App 管理，可在其中单独删除。
5. 数据共享与第三方
我们不与任何第三方共享你的数据。本应用不包含任何第三方 SDK、分析工具或广告服务，正常使用中不产生任何网络请求。
6. 儿童隐私
本应用面向一般用户，不针对 13 岁以下儿童设计。由于数据完全存储在本地，我们不会（也无法）收集任何儿童个人信息。未成年人请在监护人指导下使用。
7. 医疗免责声明
本应用是健康记录工具，不提供医疗建议、诊断或治疗。应用内的药物信息仅供参考，任何用药调整请务必遵循医生指导。紧急情况请立即拨打当地急救电话。
8. 政策变更
如本政策发生重大变更（例如未来增加云端备份功能），我们会在应用内和本页面显著提示，并在征得你同意后才启用涉及数据传输的新功能。

1. What data do we collect?
None. The App has no account system, no servers, and no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. Everything you record — medication schedules and dose history, seizure logs, photos of medical documents, emergency contacts and family info, your profile — is stored on your device using Apple's on-device database technology. The developer has no access to it.
2. Apple Health (HealthKit)
- Read: with your explicit permission, the App may read your sleep data, used solely on-device to help you spot possible seizure triggers such as lack of sleep.
- Write: with your explicit permission, the App may save relaxation sessions as mindful minutes and seizures as fainting records, so you can share them with your doctor.
- Health data never leaves your device. It is never used for advertising or marketing, never sold, and never used for any purpose other than those described here. You can revoke access anytime in the Health app.
3. Sensors and device permissions
- Microphone: used only during relaxation exercises to sense your breathing rhythm in real time. Audio is processed on-device instantly and is never recorded, stored, or uploaded.
- Motion sensors: used only while the App is open, to detect possible falls and ask if you are okay.
- Camera & photos: used only to capture or import medical documents and to scan a family member's QR code. Photos stay on your device.
- Notifications: all reminders (medication, fall check-ins, etc.) are local notifications generated on your device; no server is involved.
4. Storage and deletion
All data is stored locally on your device (including the summary the home-screen widget reads through an on-device shared container). Deleting the App deletes all of its data. Note the App does not currently offer cloud backup — please export anything you need before uninstalling. Records you saved to Apple Health are managed by the Health app and can be deleted there separately.
5. Sharing and third parties
We do not share your data with anyone. The App contains no third-party SDKs, analytics, or ad services, and makes no network requests in normal use.
6. Children's privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. Because data is stored entirely on-device, we do not (and cannot) collect personal information from children. Minors should use the App under a guardian's supervision.
7. Medical disclaimer
The App is a health tracking tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Medication information in the App is for reference only — always follow your doctor's instructions. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially (for example, if cloud backup is added in the future), we will announce it prominently in the App and on this page, and any feature involving data transmission will only be enabled with your consent.
